And I especially thought so when I sat reading your responses (all of which were very uplifting and filled with great advice) but that has not been the case. During these last 4 days it has been just as bad as before. Nothing has changed. Work is still so stressful. I am still eating things that are terrible for me. Ben and Jerry's ice cream!!! A pint!!! I am still not taking all my vitamins like I should. Can't seem to make it to the store to buy the new ones the doctor wants me to take. I am still not exercising the way I should. I miss the old se. A lot. I don't know what's happened to her. I am going to the gym tonight and staying until I am covered with sweat. It is like the only thing I can think of doing to relieve the intense stress I am feeling.
