Guest guest
I can't drink protein shakes either. I have tried the Isopure which is available at my grocery store or GNC. It is good but it has an after taste because of the artificial sweetener (like diet soda). My new drink is called Protein Ice it is like Kool-aid and no artificial sweetener. I get it from a web site www.wlssuccess.com . They have it where you could buy a bottle of every flavor to try before purchasing a large quantity. I think the Protein ice is very good. Try IsoPure protein drinks. It's more like juice. The shakes made me sick, too, so this was a great alternative. A 20 oz bottle has 40 grams of protein. I added water to it because it was a little too sweet for me. Also, try yogurt or smoothies. I found a great list of high protein smoothies on this site. I think it was under the files section. 11/18/03 284/249 preop/185/?
