Guest guest
Hello, I went for a prenatal check yesterday and my baby is breech. I will be 36 weeks on Monday so not sure if she can still turn. I had an ultrasound and they think she is already 7lbs. My last baby was 10lbs 15oz so this isn't a huge surprise. Anyway, I would like to avoid a C-section so I am willing to try anything: lyining inverted, handstands in the pool, acupuncture, moxibustion. I have read about each of these things working but then I am sure some babies still turn on their own. I am also worried now because after reading about breech babies on the internet, they are more likely to have hip dysplasia etc. Should I be worried about this or is it still unlikely? I don't think she was breech at my appointment two weeks ago so she must have turned recently. Thanks everyone and hope you are all doing well. Guest guest
The doctor can try to rotate the baby from the outside into position. It may or may not work. But I wouldn't let it worry you too much. Many babies don't even turn until 37-38 weeks or even just before labor. > > > Hello, > > > > I went for a prenatal check yesterday and my baby is > > breech.
