It can be hard on our digestions, drinking undiluted and concentrated juices. I've been juicing for years, long before I developed digestive disorders and moved to SCD. I find I have to dilute my fruit juices by 500% even after 6 years on SCD. Otherwise my digestive system lets me know it isn't happy. And my body rejects vegetable juices, which is disappointing.
