, I am sure no one in this group has mood swings except for your and me.

Huh guys, what do you say, anyone here share her problem.

Welcome to the group . Fay is right in that most of us have those

wonderful mood swings. I have lost about 150 lbs. I am about 200 lbs

from my " ideal chart weight " . I often get frustrated with how much more

I need to loose. Then I start thinking about where I was (pictures are

always a good reminder). I would never trade what I have now to go back

to where I was 2 years ago - 479 lbs and miserable.
