Guest guest Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 I've noticed that the last few batches of zucchini noodles that I've frozen have turned brownish in the freezer.When I cut the zucchini into coins and freeze it, it's a little better, but becomes pretty watery when thawed.
