Guest guest Posted May 5, 2003 Report Share Posted May 5, 2003 There's a thing called an arm-cycle that you can usually find in physical therapists offices. It's like bicycling with your arms. I had to do this when I had carpal tunnel surgery pre-wls and it gives an excellent cardiovascular workout! Fay is right, you can do the same thing in the pool, with paddles... like resistance training.
