Ferrous Sulfate is *BAD*. COnstipating, and hard on the stomach, and not usable even by normies. Iron Bisglycinate, Ferrous Fumate are better, but not great. Carbonyl Iron, and Polysaccharide iron are best. You can get them at VitaLady.com. THe carbonyl is small, chewable tab. Polysaccharide is caps. You need iron . . . it's one of the " Basic 8 " - the 8 vital nutrients, all of which are primarily absorbed in the duodenum. Please get some good iron, and take it . . . if I remember, you're young, still menstruating, and it won't take very long for you to get severely anemic. My iron was falling, even with supps, at 6 months . . . And severely anemic could mean iron transfusions . . . Hawkridge in Washington State. That is quite impressive. I had no idea that there was even more than one type of iron. Wow.
