Hello. I would have to disagree with the age criteria

that you offered in regards for both younger and older

surgeons - given that you threw out the ages of 45 and

55. There is no way to tell based on someone's age

what level they are at. More telling criteria I think

would be training, certification, past cases, and

number of sucessful surgeries perfomed a year. But

hey - that's me.
