Just think of us as your support ~ with any complications or trials

in your life, it is much easier to deal with them if you have a

place to vent and sort out your emotions. This surgery is quite the

journey and having this support group means we can all relate to one

another and record our own experiences to help others. You can

accomplish anything if you put your mind to it ~ for me, I am

overcoming my fears of this surgery by documenting everything ~ my

experiences at the hospital and the recovery afterwards, as well as

photos showing my progression. Be your own jounalist, it really

helps to keep that perspective and not get lost in your emotions. I

would talk to your Dr, if he was so wonderful to do all of that for

you before then he will more than likely guide you through this as

well. And this time you can stop it before it starts!=)
