Guest guest
I have 2 questions: 1- I have been on SCD for 5 months. It improved some aspects ( number of bowel movt/day, insomnia, itchiness rectal and vaginal) but some other aspects come back (diarrhea, undigested food, mucus)and last about a day. Is it normal? 2- I have lost 12 pounds since I am on this diet, I now weigh 98 lbs. I eat only stage 1 (based on Pecan Bread) foods. For the past 5 months, I have been eating meat, eggs, fish, spinach, squash, pecan and almond milk, chicken broth, apple sauce and apple cider. I still cannot tolerate yogurt (about 1 month ago, I tried 1 tsp and I had diarrhea). 2 weeks ago, I tried pecan butter and I had diarrhea, undigested food. Is it normal to have to be on stage 1 that long. I just need some guidance? If you have any idea of new food (especially fattening) I could add, that would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance. It might take some time before I answer to this message (1 day).

Possibly you will do better with it. > I just need some guidance? If you have any idea of new food (especially fattening) I could add, that would be much appreciated. > > Thank you in advance. Ghee, coconut oil/milk, avocadoes, coconut or almond milk yogurt - that is I saw what you wrote about pecans, but I wonder if you would be able to introduce almond milk.
