If you are supposed to be on a low salt diet - does iodine in the form of iodural (or some other iodinetablet) effect your water retention? Or are theyunrelated? MaraHolly, most people would love to have higher K because most of us have too much Na relative to K. I don't know if you eat a low sodium diet, but eating slightly more salt will help excrete your excess K. Terry

Yeah. Most processed food has so much salt added you don't need to! But

when we make our own....!
