Thank you all for your input. My daughter did get her Vit D levels drawn but

don't have results yet. I went to a well known nutritional wellness center that

I have seen a nutrtitionist in the past before to see what products they have.

I picked up a high quality " Reacted Calcium " supplement that has Vitamin D3 and

calcium in the form of malate & aspartate and also some phosphorus in it. It's

capsules so I can open and mix with food for her. Just bought it today so

haven't tried it yet with my daughter. It doesn't have magnesium in it and I am

afraid of it being constipating so they recommended a magnesium supplement

called Water Oz magnesium that is suppose to be very absorbable so we will see

how it goes.
