Guest guest
<<I've been plateued between 194-198 (5'10 " , 28yrs,started at 320)for the last 4-5 months. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks Cindy>> Cindy, I started my " journey " at the same age, weight and height. I've been at goal for nearly 20 years (21 years post op). The best advice I can give you at this point is to walk briskly for about 15 minutes after each meal. It will up your metabolism significantly. You can get there. It sounds like you've reached a " set point " and a plateau is normal for a couple of months while your body adjusts. I hit several of these along the way, but always started losing again after the adjustment.
