Guest guest
I am new to the diet and cut out garlic and other spices to begin it. I have since added turmeric, because of the anti-inflamatory properties, and a little cinnamon. How have people handled garlic? Is it aggrivating only if one has a sensitivity to it? Or is it generally a bad idea with bleeding? When I am cutting garlic and get some on a cut it stings, and my thought is that I don't want that happening inside my body. However, there seem to be a lot of good selective antibiotic qualities to garlic, and I used to love it and eat it all the time. I also have thrush, so I imagine it would help with that as well. If anyone has experience of information about this, I would love to hear it. Thanks! Thanks!I've never had a problem with garlic, that I can tell. Onions don't agree with me, but garlic seems fine.
