Heel in P/M Shoes

Hi Everyone,

We're just starting to 2nd guess ourselves, and are wondering what the

heel is supposed to look like in the P/M shoes. What we're finding is

that when her knees are bent, her heel stays down, but when she

straightens her legs, her heel lifts up a tad. Does this sound

familiar to anyone/correct/incorrect? As far as I can tell the bottom

of her heel comes below the window when the middle strap is secured,

but doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the shoe.

Any suggestions?
