Thanks. Supposedly I now have someone working on it directly. I gave the lady

the fax number to Aetna and supposedly she is going to fax it. The bad part is

that the person that I kept calling who kept telling me that they would do it

when they do it and she could not speed it up was the person who caused the

problem. Come to find out she did not send them all the paperwork that they

needed and had been holding on it for 3 weeks. I hope I am moving now. If not,

I will just call some other people to help me out.
