Guest guest
I found some of this was because of my electrolytes being screwed up. I started taking some calcium/magnesium supplements, and alot of it cleared up. Low potassium, and thyroid problems (which may be related to hormonal influences of sarc and the pituatary gland) add to this issue. Often we do get a Bells Palsy (seventh cranial nerve) that will bring on some of the facial problems. The extremities can often be effected if there is a problem with the nerves being inflammed. Remember that almost all of our meds rob our bodies of Folic Acid -- so a good B vitamin complex plus Folic Acid is necessary! Pred steals all the calcium from your bones, so it is important to discuss the calcium/magnesium issue with your docs. If you have high levels of calcium in your blood or urine, then you don't want to supplement-- but if those levels are normal or "low" then you may find that you'll be much more comfortable taking a supplement. Guest guest
This has always confused me. If Caffeine is a major cause of dehydration then why am I always water filled.???? Why am I on water pills to get rid of the liquid. I drink maybe a 6 pk of Diet Pepsi a day. Tell me something to make sense out of this. Jackie Re: i need everyones help with this one please!! Barb I have a lot of jerking and twitching, I have noticed over the years it happens to me the most when I'm slightly to moderatley dehydrated.. I think it is called kinestis not sure of the spelling.. It's a really bad feeling and sometimes it can hurt like an electrical shock..
