Guest guest
Keep putting the water in, it helps with the weight loss. As far as breakfast, i cannot tolerate them well either. SInce my surgery I have had problems with dairy products, exspecially milk. It took a long time to be able to tolerate eggs and milk is still not good unless it is in tiny portions. Alot of people lose fast then stop really fast for a couple weeks and I was always reading people saying make sure you drink your water and get it going. You will restart, don't worry about that. Good Luck and Congratulations on what you ahve already lost. God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY Age- 41 EDD- July 27th, 2004 IT'S A BOY!!!!!!
