Guest guest
Estela, It sounds like a perfectly reasonable and healthy dinner to me. Lots of protein and a little vegetable. Sounds like something I'd have. in Austin RNY April 1998 How much is too much? > > I've read some posts where some grads claim to be able to eat 2 or 3 > bites and are full. I am far from that. Guest guest
Estela, If you haven't eaten for 7 hours, I think the amount of food was just fine, unless of course that jumbo patty was 3 or 4 lbs. I suspect though that it wasn't. There are times that I can eat what I believe to be huge portions and there are other times when I can eat just a little. A lot depends on what it is and how long it takes me to eat it.
