Ongoing question about long timers of this surgery...

I know that we have asked a number of times how many people are years out and

how do they feel about the surgery now and are they having complications. For

those of you who do not subscribe to WLS Lifestyles there is an article in the

current issue about a woman who had surgery 18 years ago. They do not specify

the type of surgery only say that it was performed by Dr. Mathias A.L. Fobi.

But she says that she lost over 150 pounds and has kept it off. She said that

she is healthy and would have done it sooner knowing what she knows now. She

says she still works at keeping the weight off but has been successful.

I just thought I would share that since so many of us have had questions about

the long term effects.
