Guest guest
Heya Debbie, The lethargy and exhaustion is something some of us have to work through. Are you gradually increasing your dose? What is that schedule like? Also, are you using the transdermal cream in the emu oil base? Jodi > > Just real quick question on LDN. Guest guest
Haven't done the spit test. Have the feeling it will be positive...Ok, so 9p is the right time, great. Get diflucan if it's positive--I have a GI appt. tomorrow late afternoon. Maybe he will give it to me. If not, I can try the oil of oregano again. Thanks, Debbie
Guest guest
Heya Debbie, On the LDN group they say inner wrist and arm is where to apply (belly is usually used for hormones and such) you want fast absorption. Between 9pm-2am is good. What dose are you on? I'd stay on it for a couple of weeks and increase. Better to take out Yeast trigger foods too! Jodi > > > > > > Just real quick question on LDN. Guest guest
I hate to admit it but I'm not sure. I thought I did .5 but it sure was a lot of cream. I don't think I have the measurement right even though he marked each individual doseage on the syringe. I think it was way more than that. I wanted to do a test run. I started feeling sleepy (but may have anyway?) a little while after doing it, kind of soon actually. Usually it feels good to keep something cold right below my belly button but last night, I couldn't. Too many variables. Will have to take notes and see what happens over time. He told me the best place for absorption (can't say here though) but I'll test that out also with my arm tonight. Hopefully it's just other variables other than LDN or I expected instant 'awesomeness' with one dose. I am different in some ways so I tried to start low. THe epsom salt baths would kills me; never could take one without immediately jumping out for the restroom.. I can barely do the paste on my feet without serious detox. We'll see and I'll check in with it in a week. Unless soemthing really odd happens. Isn't there a low low LDN group? Maybe I should check in there. I found another group where I saw Mara posted. It's for IBD and LDN. And no more experimenting--not much luck there anyway <no grin>./ I'll have to stay a little stricter (a lot stricter but at least I can eat salads now, just not raw fruit I guess). It's so much better than it was. I just need to get the lead out and find some energy ;-); Thanks for the advice!
