Guest guest
Please tell us a little more, like how tall you are, what type of surgery, how much bypassed (if applicable), and what's your name? Thanks, in NJ ********************* > I am 128lbs, but I keep thinking if I lose 5 more lbs then I can > start maintaining. I think one of my problems is I don't know when I should stop losing and I'm kind of afraid of going on a maintenance. I know this sounds kinda of weird right now, but I think it would help to talk to others if they're going throught this too. I try to eat protein first and then a vegetable with my meals. Any advice but help. Thanks so much.
Guest guest
Assuming there is no mechanical failure, as others have mentioned, I wonder how much of this return of hunger can be traced to our old desire to eat compulsively. I know that lately I have been eating way past full and it is making me afraid as well as feeling miserable physically. For me, owning up to my spending problem has caused me to face some issues I have not wanted to face. So, as the anxiety level increases, so does my urge to over eat. I rarely feel true hunger…it is just that blasted " got to eat, got to eat " monster plaguing me again. I think the best we can do is to try to stick to the protein first rule. I know the more protein I eat, the fewer cravings I have. Guess the carbs will never lose their hold over me. from Washington Lap RNY Sept 2001 Minus 205.5 pounds 333.5/128 http://www.wworw.com > I am 128lbs, but I keep thinking if I lose 5 more lbs then I can > start maintaining.
