Guest guest
Ho! Exercise Bulimia is something I will definitely never have. I know, never say never, but it's just not im my jeans. (opps, I mean genes) I see a few people at the gym, though, who take it to the extreme. There's one stick thin woman (a friend) who runs a great deal of miles, comes to the gym and does the treadmill plus a heavy weight routine, then just after lunch takes her toddler in a jogging stroller for a run, and after dinner walks the dog all around town. No wonder she's so thin!! That's way beyond my comprehension. Not in a despairingly way, but I am more the dairy cow harnessed to the treadmill type!
