Guest guest
I am a newbee here with a question. I am pre-op, scheduled for July 13th. I have serious issues with sugar cravings and am wondering if this surgery will help with that. I know that I will not be able to eat sugary foods without experiencing the " dumping syndrome " , but will I still crave those foods like I do now? I've heard some talk about having less of the hunger hormone in my blooodstream because of the smaller stomach... But I still don't understand about the cravings. Will I end up having to exert a huge amount of willpower to stop eating sweets? Thanks! Kathy
