I don't know if you're looking for a recipe at all but I found a matzo ball soup

recipe that's SCD safe (provided you make your own chicken stock and don't use

store bought of course) on Elana's website:

Thanks, I'll check it out. I actually found banana latkes with 1-1/2

c. matzoh meal so I was going to try it with almond flour.

Since you read her blog, I read in the comments something about

grapeseed oil instead of butter but grapeseed oil is not in the

recipe. Do you know if that just means 'grease' the bowl? If not, I

only have walnut oil to use.
