Guest guest
I don't know if you're looking for a recipe at all but I found a matzo ball soup recipe that's SCD safe (provided you make your own chicken stock and don't use store bought of course) on Elana's website: http://www.elanaspantry.com/matzoh-ball-soup/ Stacey > > > > Is it cup for cup subbing in a recipe? > > > > > > I would, at least the first time! <g> > > > > — *Marilyn > > * New Orleans, Louisiana, USA > > Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 > > Darn Good SCD Cook > > No Human Children > > Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund > > Babette the Foundling Beagle > > > > * * > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Thanks, I'll check it out. I actually found banana latkes with 1-1/2 c. matzoh meal so I was going to try it with almond flour. Since you read her blog, I read in the comments something about grapeseed oil instead of butter but grapeseed oil is not in the recipe. Do you know if that just means 'grease' the bowl? If not, I only have walnut oil to use.
