It’s a couple of more doctors that know a bit about SCD but not as much as he do. I had some questions and thoughts, it was so good to have some feedback on them. He said: We have the regular SCD diet but for some people we need to change it a bit with adding enzyme, not eating fruit, adding supplements because of low stomach acid ++ He is going to make a plan for me so I hopefully can eat more food. We talked about Why I react on fruit, Why I don’t tolerate boiled egg, Why I am so extremely hungry and can eat and eat and eat and don’t feel “full”. Why I need enzymes, How we can determine if it is a food reaction or a normal reaction on food that can cause gas. Why I do react on fat How I can start to tolerate more fat ++ It took 2 hours and it went so fast! It was so fun to finally find a person who understood me. He said that he also learns a lot when talking to me because I can tell and explain! I have not yet found a doctor or nutritionist who is familiar with SCD.
