New here: Daughter has flat head, dr insists it will round out please help

My daughter is 4 1/2 months old and her head has been flat since she was about 7

weeks old. She absolutely HATES being on her tummy. I try to get tummy-time in

during the day as much as possible but she screams after a few minutes. I have

let her cry til I cant take it anymore (she still hasnt rolled over btw and Im

concerned about that too but again dr says its ok). Anyway now her head is flat

as a board and I am soo worried. Her ears stick out and her head is just so

funny looking. Her dr insists it will round out when she sits up by herself and

starts crawling. I have bought a bumbo seat, a walker and a johnny jump-up. She

will only stay in them for a few minutes then starts fussing. Ive ordered the

new Fisher Price Precious Planet Jumperoo and Im hoping she likes it. She LOVES

laying on her back tho, I can leave her on the floor playing for an hour and she

wont fuss, in fact she squeals. Im so frustrated . I want to take her to a

specialist but I dont know what kind to take her to, a pediatric neurologist or

surgeon?? I would very much appreciate any advice or info .
