Guest guest
I haven't even had surgery yet and I already need to complain. Actually, I don't even have braces yet. I can't get those on until I find out if my insurance will cover the surgery. And I can't figure out whether they will cover it or not until my surgeon's office gets their act together! A secretary was supposed to send my insurance company the necessary information in January. We called in February to check on it, and the secretary apparently forgot to send it. We call a few weeks later, and discover that she sent it to the wrong zip code. The company finally received something this week. This will delay the entire process about 6 months as I am a college student and can only have surgery either on my winter break or my summer break. Amazing how such stupid errors can really ruin everything you planned on. But I guess it's not good to plan on anything in this business. Moral of story: don't depend on anyone to take care of something for you. Call them once a day to make sure the task is done correctly.
