Or you can just chop the spinach very very fine, and put those in the dough. Tho it may come " spotted " this way and not as omogenous as with the " juice " . Hope it helps. Guest guest Posted August 20, 2001 Report Share Posted August 20, 2001 Dehydrated Kale makes it REALLY green (giggle) it works great for icing too....no taste noticed. We dehydrate beets and puree it to powder for red and it makes a great red. I use cocoa for brown (Ah laska bakers) and for orange (kind of) I make dehydrated sweet potatoes and powder it, it makes a very soft orangish hue. We haven't messed to much with yellow yet, we have also used blueberries and powdered them, VIBRANT!!! Not that anyone asked, but I thought maybe someone would want to know. Have a great day!!
