It makes the pancakes so much lighter with this GF flour. > The one we all love is: > > 1 cup GF Flour Mix (Bette Hagman) > 1/4 cup dry dari-free > 1 TBSP. Sugar > 1 tsp. Baking Powder > 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda > 1/2 tsp. Salt > > 2 eggs > 2 TBSP. Olive Oil > Just enough liquid Dari-free to get the right consistency > > Mix dry ingredients first then add the wet ingredients (add little amounts of liquid dari-free at a time). Whisk them together and cook.
