Thats pretty good I think...someone was saying 6-7 lbs amonth is normal when

you get further out....you're right in the ballpark! Look at what you're

eating ....I'll be you either dont eat enough fat, to many carbs or not

enough...that seems to get people into plateaus!

I hit a plateau at 9.5 months out and didn't lose until right after

my 12 month anniversary...then I dropped 6 pounds in a week. Since

then I am again plateaued. Just go with it, it will break itself in

time.
