need recipes for pastry

Hi,

I need recipes for pastry if anyone has a good one to share (we are new to the

gfcf diet).

1. Sweet pastry - is there a pastry similar to a puff pastry? I need one that

will hold together in a pie maker.

2. Sausage roll pastry. I tried one that had mashed potato in the recipe, but it

fell to pieces when I try rolling it out thinly. Tasted nice though.

3. Pizza base.
