Guest guest
Can't believe I searched all over yesterday and info was right in my Miss Robens catalog - along with a picture of them, and yes they look just like potato flakes. Here is what Miss Robens says about them " Thin cut beaten rice flakes; an Eastern Indian staple used instead of oatmeal in cookies and hot cereal. For softer flakes, soak for 5 minutes before draining and using. Ingredients: white rice " (LJs mom) ** On Thu, 2 Aug 2001 22:06:34 -0700 Beth A Ranucci writes: > Do you think it would be quick-cooking (the poha) since it's flakier > and > finer than oats to begin with? Guest guest
-, I have no idea how to use Poha Flakes. I was wondering if I could use a pre GFCF oatmeal cookie recipe and replace oats with poha. Anyone know? Janelle
