Mickey -

We do a " clothing exchange " with those items which have become too big.

Every couple months or so, we do one in conjunction with our support group

meetings. It helps save post-ops $$$ by exchanging the different sizes.

Just a suggestion if you have a support group in your area. And,

congratulations on meeting your first goal -- awesome!

Take care -

| What did any of you do with the clothes that were too big after

| surgery?

|

| I have thought of a couple options - a consignment shop, but I'm not

| sure they would ever sell....

|

| Do you think the Red Cross or Goodwill would want clothes my size??

Hi Jackie -

Unfortunately, I do not attend a local support group.

Since I live in Michigan and my surgeon is in NY City

- there is not one for his patients here.

I have contacted on other local surgeon and asked if I

could attend their support group - I got a " no "

response to that. So you are all my " support group " .

Anyway, I travel a TON for work and regular attendance

is sometimes difficult for me!

Have a great day and thanks for the idea.
