If your starting weight was 245 and your ideal weight is 120 than losing 80%

of your excess weight puts you at 145. That is probably a more realistic

goal and I'm sure you'd look great at that weight. But I've also known

people who have gotten all the way to goal and you might be one of them.

RIGHT! Im 5'4 " and started out at 245 and am now 159 and wear size 12!

Remember your bone density is much heavier now than it was yrs ago. Im

happy where I am now although I suspect I will still lose more as I have

another year in my window left. Dr Welker says its unrealistic to expect to

weigh what we did when in our 20s but its not impossible.
