Guest guest
, you are right in your thought, maybe the clubfoot site would be a better choice to glean information from older folks. I probably could have worded my thought a little more narrowly than to say the " end of the story " . Also, I would definately would not want to be a part of frightening or discouraging anyone in any way. I totally agree with the fundamental difference in correction (or in my case lack thereof). My thought was that it may be beneficial to everyone to share experiences and knowledge. For example, when I was undergoing the bulk of my surgeries as a child, medical terms were not used to describe even the bones that were being affected by my surgeries. You all are initiated immediately into using the correct terms for procedures and the anatomy of the foot and I have learned alot. I, on the other hand, have experienced just about every procedure you can imagine on my foot along with the recovery period. I think we can help each other. You all have helped me already, more than I can ever tell you. I want to give back and be as helpful and informative as my experiences allow me to be. Thank you so much for the gracious and thoughtful response. boothejennifer wrote: > > > > Do you folks think there would be a benefit to creating a section on > > the Ponseti_links site specifically regarding the ATTT? > > If so, please email me your input as well as links to internet > > information, archived board posts, files etc. that you think should > be > > on there, and we'll get it created. > > > > >
