The creases that you describe are common, I believe, they are from the extra

skin from the CF pulling in. They go away with time.

I believe the crease that is of great concern would be a significant crease in

the bottom of the foot. I believe that it is a tell tale sign of A-typical CF

which is trickier to treat.

Other mom/dads with better knowledge can answer that for sure.
