I wanted to give you all a brief bio of me. I have been with Kaiser

Oakland for 11 years and have a BMI of 42 I am 38 single mom of 4 kids

and I have Osteoarthritis and High Blood pressure.

I had my Nutition appt on May 3rd *passed* and had my Psych on Tues

the 6th and *passed* I now have await for the approval letter. My

evaluator said that it should take about a week for my Dr to get the

paper work to me that's a long time since he's only in Alameda.

My question is what are the steps after the approval letter gets here?

My Dr, Orthopedic Dr, nutironist and psych evaluator all said I will

be approved to have surgery because of my BMI and my co-morbodities

(sp.

So what happens after the approval letter? I live in Oakland so they

said that Richmond will be where i would be going since it's closer.
