My son gets stimmy from anything with the remotest hint of sugar of any form. He also gets stimmy from many phenols (berries, cherries, sorghum). He was incredibly hyperactive when he got a few days of transdermal glutathione (we discontinued it, then tried smaller doses a few weeks later, and he got stimmy again). Food coloring, preservatives and additives all are big trouble. And the latest one, which I just discovered yesterday, is a supplement called Ambrotose (which is not that surprising because it has plant sugars in it). Hope this helps. Guest guest
Corn/Carrots/and Apples are BIG stim foods here. I think if you read about Feingold's diet, they are Phenol foods or salycitates?? Something like that. Cut those hear, and the stimming has dropped to a minimum.-Shari Stimming > I would like to hear more anecdotes about the reduction of stim when you are > on the diet.
