Guest guest
Many of us use proteing powder for shakes, both in early post-op stages and later. Apparently there is some difeerence of opinion between Kaiser Fremont and Kaiser SSf about protein shakes. Two other points, Wanda. One, PLEASE take a little time - I guarantee you, it will be a fraction of the time you now take asking questions here - to learn the search function, and search a topic here before you ask the questions. You will find literally hundreds of posts about protein shakes, with lots of specific brand recommendations and recipes. Two, not only is Herbalife not recommended, I recommend in the strongest possible terms that you never purchase any Herbalife product. I was once inveigled by a desperate unemployed friend into attending a recruiting meeting for Herbalife with him. Over 75% of the price of Herbalife products goes to pay commissions to salespeople - it is a classic pyramid multilevel network marketing franchise scheme. By definition, any product whose price is 75% commission is WAY OVERPRICED. I finally got my friend off the Herbalife path when I did a brief Google serach which showed that no company has had more complaints against it at the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, the Smsll Business Administration, and state and local Better Business Bureaus and Fair Trade Practice Commissions than Herbalife.
