Here is my breakdown of costs:

Orthodontist (ceramic, upper and lower, DC doctor) =

$7,000

Surgeon's fees (upper and lower jaw surgery, North

Carolina doctor) = $14,000

Hospital (covered by my insurance but I saw the

charges, North Carolina) = $14,000.

Here are my costs:

Braces (ceramic) - $6000

Surgery (lower advancement) - $4300

Hospital Fees - Have not seen them yet, but at this point I have

paid $500.
