Guest guest Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 Here is my breakdown of costs: Orthodontist (ceramic, upper and lower, DC doctor) = $7,000 Surgeon's fees (upper and lower jaw surgery, North Carolina doctor) = $14,000 Hospital (covered by my insurance but I saw the charges, North Carolina) = $14,000.
