Guest guest
Actually yes, but too much of a good thing can also be a bad thing. There is a syndrome known as " exercise bulimia. " The term is pretty self-descriptive - exercise is taken to an extreme, and can wreak about as much havoc with the body as overweight. Hmmmm... haven't heard about " cleaning bulimia " though, although I know a few OCD neat-freaks. Always felt sorry for them; they are always unhappy because nothing is ever clean enough for them. It's always something. I'll stick with what I have - the devil I know... --- Start weight 365# Lap RnY, Distal - Dr. s Vanderbilt University Hospital Surgery date June 3, 2002 Current weight 199.5# ----- Original Message ----- > Has anyone been really successful in doing this, substituting > a " good " addictive behavior or compulsion for a bad one?
