Guest guest
Andy, I would suggest things like nuts, nut butter, more fats of whatever kind you can use. You can get pretty full on nut butter and it's quick and easy. Avocados are good, too and good with things. Things like bananas are quite filling if you can handle them. I don't remember exactly what you are able to eat but to some extent you may just need to add more of those, and fill in around the edges with higher fat things as you can. Good luck. It probably will be a hard four days. Also plan to nibble often.
Guest guest
Have you tried baby lima beans? Those are advanced but I was able to tolerate the baby limas (frozen and nothing added to them) very early on if you cook until soft. I use Safeway brand.
