Guest guest Posted August 11, 2001 Report Share Posted August 11, 2001 Hi Everyone, We are new to both the list and the diet--I tried the gfcf diet for my 13yod who had severe stomach pains that wouldn't go away...and it worked! Anyhow, does anyone have experience with Spelt flour? Would it work as a substitute? The package label says that it is a non-hybridized variety of wheat that has a different ( " unique " is their hype word) type of gluten that is easier to digest. I'm still in the " finding other options " stage of this so any help or input will be greatly appreciated. Also, has anyone found a good source of bulk oat and potato flour?
