i am about to have the screws to my left of my nose removed. they are

interfering with a dental implant that was installed in that area

(the implant failed, that comes out tomorrow. it never stops for me!)

beyond that my surgeon told me they could stay there if they posed no

problems. i'm not sure of the cost yet, i was a teenager when i had

the surgery and as of now my insurance doesn't want to cover anything.
