Guest guest
Hi Surgery Buddy! Well I guess I better stay here in DC where it is cheaper..(haha) All eight of my back teeth all have metal bands around them. Not sure why the OD did this, so I only actually have 7 ceramic brackets up top. Anyway, do you have any appointments this week? I get a dental break this week then it's surgical wires and hooks next week. > > > Greetings from the " Spud State " - I have a rather personal > question for > > > all of you nice people who have gone thru this or are about to: > How > > > much does this surgery cost? Guest guest
Hey ! I actually have metallic brackets on the back two teeth on top as well. Maybe because this is where they will be doing the most agressive work they need metal rather than ceramic. Have no clue but at least you can't see that far back when I grin. I have my pre-op work up this Friday where they get to take all my molds to construct a model of my mouth for the surgery. Fun fun! I'm not sure whether I'll get to see my OS at this appointment but I hope so since I have a long list of questions to ask him and I'm not sure the pre-op discussion app will be enough time for this. Thank the lord surgery is almost here because the more time passes the more questions I have. Oooh surgical wires AND hooks next week. You'll have to tell me how the hooks are because I don't get mine put on until May 31st, a week before surgery. I'll keep you posted on how the pre-op work up goes this week. I'll give you a blow by blow account of it:-) Even better than a movie. LOL! Take care surgery buddy! Have a good week.
