I doo not think they make any special tongs for this but i have heard of

using regular tongs for the kitchen, like the ones you pick up rolls off a

platter with, the kind with the longer handle and you can grasp the tissue or

wet

wipes and reach to wipe yourself that way. I have also heard of people wrapping

tissue around a wooden cooking spoon and using that. I brought one to the

hospital but did not need it, thank God.
