I just e-mailed someone else. I will for the same e-mail to you. Guest guest
My surgery was 08/28/01 and I've lost 110 lbs. My surgeon is Dr. Oh in Federal Way, Washington. I get all my proteins (and vitamins) from www.vitalady.com. My favorite shake of all time if Champion Whey Stack Chocolate. I also like the Protein Delight vanilla/pineapple chunks as well as the Protein Delight with mixed berry. Check out her site. She has all kinds of proteins you can order to sample. I guess I'm one of these people that would rather drink protein shakes all day long and no food. Don't get me wrong, I do eat, but that's only if I have room after my shakes. If I do eat, it's usually fish/seafood (yes it is a food) or venison. I also do eat salads (which are my favorite). I'm a 60 " distal so I'm classified as a protein pervert (meaning that it's nothing for me to get in around 6+ shakes a day (and that's the minimum). I try to do a shake at least every 2 hours as to keep my fingers from wandering. Re: Zenacal or Meridia? Also, how far out are you and what types of protein shakes do you use and what kinds of meals are you eating? Just wanting to help. > Open RNY Proximal 1/3/01 250/200/150 I eat alot of carbs. I eat a lot of breads. They go down easy. I don't eat a lot at meal time. I get full fast. I can eat sweets, afterwords I feel sickish but not enough to learn not to eat them. I just put up with it. I really do know what to do. I just need to do it. I think I need to detox?? per the last response I got. And then try to start over, and put into practice what I learned when I first had the surgery. Thanks for your help!
