Anyone got a thinner nose after surgery or braces?

Bizarrely, my nose is thinner since the surgery. I sorta noticed

this before, but now it's really noticeable.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

By the way, I had lower jaw advancement of only 5mm. My dentist also

expanded both my upper and lower palette with braces.
